How To Change Signature In Outlook Web App

Create a signature for your email messages that you can add automatically to all approachable messages or manually to specific ones.

Create an email signature

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.

  2. Go toSettings Settings> View all Outlook settings > Etch and reply.

  3. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its advent.

    Note:You tin have only ane signature per business relationship.

    • If you want your signature to announced at the bottom of all new email messages that you compose, select the Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose check box.

    • If yous want your signature to appear on messages that you lot forwards or reply to, select the Automatically include my signature on messages I frontward or answer to check box.

    • If you don't select these options, you can manually add together your signature to a selected message. For details, see Manually add your signature to a new bulletin below.

  4. Select Save when y'all're done.

    Note:Y'all can always return to the Compose and reply page and select or articulate the check box for automatically including your signature.

Manually add your signature to a new bulletin

If you've created a signature, merely didn't choose to automatically add it to all approachable messages, y'all can add it later on when you write an email message.

  1. Go to your mailbox and choose New message.

  2. Type your message, so choose More actions > Insert signature at the lesser of the compose pane.

  3. When your e-mail message is prepare, choose Send.

Instructions for classic Outlook on the web

Create an e-mail signature

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.

  2. On the top nav bar, choose Settings > Mail, which opens the Options panel on the left.

  3. In the Options panel, under Postal service, choose Layout > Email signature.

  4. In the text box, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance.

    Notation:Inserting an image file (in a .gif or .jpg format for case) for your signature isn't supported, simply you can re-create an image from a webpage and paste it into the signature box.

  5. If you want your signature to brandish at the bottom of all approachable e-mail letters, including replies and forwards, select the Automatically include my signature on new messages I etch cheque box.

    If you lot don't select this option, yous can manually add your signature to a selected message. See the adjacent section for more information.

  6. Select Save when you're done.

    Annotation:Yous tin e'er return to the Email signature page and select or clear the Automatically include my signature on new letters I etch check box.

Manually add your signature to a new message

If you've created a signature, but didn't choose to automatically add it to all outgoing messages, yous can add information technology later when you write an email message.

  1. Go to your mailbox and choose Outlook on the web New icon for Email   message to create a new email message.

  2. Type your message, and and then cull More > Insert signature on the toolbar.

  3. When your e-mail bulletin is set, choose Transport.
